2025 SPE Lagos Wellness Week ENERGY CUP

Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Lagos Section 61 Young Professionals are pleased to invite you to participate in our 2025 edition of the Wellness Week, scheduled for 25th – 27th September 2025 held in celebration of World Heart Day 2025, an initiative of the World Heart Federation endorsed by WHO and the UN. This year’s theme is:“Wellness for Today’s Workforce: Building Resilience, Balance, and Energy for the Future.” The week will feature engaging activities including a Health Quiz Session, Wellness Webinar with a keynote expert, daily Health Nuggets featured on our social media handles, and a Walk for Wellness, Football Tournament (Energy Cup) and a host of serveral other games. These activities are designed to promote physical and mental well-being among professionals in our industry, while also fostering stronger cross-industry relationships.
