Lagos International Fire Safety Conference 2.0

The annual Lagos International Fire Safety Conference (LIFSC) was created by the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service to recognise the urgent need for collaboration among stakeholders and the importance of imparting fire safety knowledge, awareness, and skills to mitigate fire risks.

Inaugurated by Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2024, LIFSC 1.0 attracted over 2,000 delegates for three days of enlightenment, knowledge sharing and exhibition of the latest technologies in fire prevention and mitigation.

LIFSC 2.0 will up the ante, focusing on innovation and community engagement to reduce the risk of fire disasters in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial nerve centre.
